Hi! I’m Renee. I transform lives by helping people become healthier, more inspired, and live the life they love. I bring a healing presence to my clients and create optimal conditions for the mind and body to heal and thrive.

I connect deeply with my clients to help them tap into their motivations and desires and find ways to be more energetic, engaged, and fulfilled in all aspects of life.

I believe that every day brings a new opportunity to re-shape our future.

As a certified holistic health and wellness coach, I am passionate about creating a safe and supportive space for people to honor their needs, own their power, feel better, and get back to the life they love.

During my own health crisis, I became determined to heal as naturally and safely as possible from debilitating health conditions that had plagued me for years, limiting my activities, causing anxiety, and putting me on disability from my Corporate job.

Because of my personal journey, I take a holistic approach to my work by supporting my clients in harnessing the power of their minds, body, and spirit. I believe that by tuning into each of these areas of my clients’ lives, they can experience deep healing on multiple levels, as well as transformational life changes.

I am more than a health coach. I am a friend and a guide. My clients and I build a deep bond that helps them feel safe to heal and move from overwhelmed and tired to feeling healthy and inspired.

Tools of resilience help us maintain balance in our lives during difficult or stressful periods, and reduces the risk of mental and physical illness. I will teach you practical tools and mindset shifts that build resilience and make navigating difficult times easier by turning adversity into triumph. Each week we will meet 1:1, where you get personalized coaching on the foundations of resilience. I will work with you to uncover what’s keeping you from feeling and being your best.
