One on One Coaching
Here we look at your physiology, your symptoms, and the factors that led you to where you are in your life today. You do not fit into a formula, and neither does the approach we create for you. You are not a statistic. You are an individual with a particular history, body, and lifestyle. We will work together to find what is getting in the way of you feeling your best, clear the confusion, create calm and healing. You also have goals and dreams that are unique to you. We work with all these factors to create a custom-made plan for you.
Group coaching is a great way to improve health, stress and relationships at less cost. It also creates connection and community with other people who have the same goals as you do. I offer group programs focused on improving health, overcoming stress and creating self-love and discovery. This can be a fun add-on to a One on One Coaching experience or a stand-alone option.
